Steve Clemons and David Frum Debate Obama's Iran Policy

American Strategy Program Director Steve Clemons and FrumForum Editor David Frum agree that an Israeli strike on Iran is unlikely, but disagree on the issue of sanctions. Frum is still waiting for the "crippling sanctions" Secretary Clinton called for one year ago, while Clemons believes sanctions are unlikely to change Iranian behavior.
